great walking access to parks and iconic landmarks

During my stay, I loved how easily I could stroll to both Lafayette Square and the National WWII Museum, making the most out of my city explorations. the comfortable suite provided a nice retreat for my family after our busy days appreciating the sights, though I wish housekeeping had been more regular throughout our stay.

All fine, but decor plain.

We had a Signature room that still kept the charm of the old buildings, really excellent. That little rooftop mini-splash pool was unexpected-perfect for quick aqua therapy after a long day of exploring.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but still acceptable for what we got.

During my recent stay, i was impressed by the convenient location right near shops and restaurants. As a family, the two-bedroom villa had plenty of space and was well-equipped for us. The staff was helpful, exceeding my expectations from prior trips to new orleans.

The valet staff provided exceptional service, offering helpful tips for navigating the area. The spacious room had extremely comfortable beds and cold air conditioning, ensuring a restful stay. Unfortunately, check-out was marred by a misunderstanding regarding the time, leading to an unpleasant interaction with the staff who seemed rushed and unfriendly during this process. While the pool was small, it was still a highlight for my kids who enjoyed swimming multiple times throughout our stay.

The pressure from the concierge to attend a timeshare presentation was excessive and unwelcome.

Staff engaged and very helpful. Parking is ridiculously priced and difficult to find. The rooftop mini-splash pool adds a nice touch.
